Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, to accelerate our Brand Marketing efforts. You'll have experience working with Brand Marketing, leading marketing strategies and campaigns. This role will focus on building out Zapp's brand across its existing and new customer segments in London.

At Zapp, our aim is to revolutionise the stagnant convenience retail industry by providing a luxury customer-centric e-commerce platform. Our vision is to disrupt the multi-trillion dollar convenience retail market, currently dominated by major players, by offering a diverse range of products, fair pricing, and efficient stock management. Here’s what you’d be doing:

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of all brand marketing efforts
  • Drive partnerships across Zapp's supplier and partner base
  • Execute on events and brand partnerships
  • Come up with growth-hacking initiatives and execute on them

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, brand marketing, with a focus on premium consumer brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
