As a Demand Generation Co-op, you will report to the Senior Demand Generation Manager and play an integral role in driving lead generation and building brand awareness. You’ll work across campaigns, webinars, events, and digital strategies designed to grow Relay’s customer base. We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who is eager to learn and is passionate about small business success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the creation and management of DG campaigns across paid media, email, and inbound channels, with the goal of generating leads and nurturing prospects
  • Set up landing pages, forms, and email campaigns to optimize demand generation flows
  • Work directly with Revenue Operations on lead handoff process and reporting
  • Collaborate on content marketing initiatives, ensuring that blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and other content are aligned with demand generation goals
  • Contribute to A/B testing and optimization efforts for landing pages, ad creatives, email subject lines, and other marketing assets to maximize lead conversion
  • Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events including preparing shipping, hotel, and travel arrangements, and ordering event collateral
  • Work on targeted industry-specific campaigns by researching and identifying high-impact events and partnerships in key industries
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars and other digital events aimed at generating high-quality leads. You will manage speaker coordination, post-event reporting, and follow-up engagement strategies
  • Be a champion for our brand in our SMB and AB communities and in our partnerships. Lead by example to demonstrate how to execute authentic community engagement, both one-on-one and at a community/market level

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, Communications or a related field
  • You are organized and have an eye for details
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the desire to grow and develop this further
  • You have fine-tuned prioritization skills to maximize your impact
  • You are data-driven and motivated to scale Relay’s Demand Generation acquisition channels
  • You have the ability to rise to a challenge; you can handle change and uncertainty, at times
  • You are naturally curious, you love to understand the “why” behind a problem or question and you aren’t afraid to dig deep into problem-solving

Our Commitment To You:

  • The expected pay range for this position is $20/hr to $23/hr. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law
  • The start date will be January 6, 2025, and the end date will be April 25, 2025

The Interview Process:

  • Stage 1: A 30-minute Google Meets video call with the Hiring Manager
  • Stage 2: A short writing sample assessment
  • Stage 3: A 45-minute Google Meets video call with members of the Marketing team
