Senior Manager, eDM & CRM

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nothing technology working within the growth marketing & ecom division. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, eDM & CRM to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer email marketing campaigns and CRM journeys. You will also lead global customer data workstreams, ensuring seamless integration between marketing technology platforms and customer touchpoints.

The successful candidate will be confident and comfortable in both high-level strategic thinking, as well as hands-on implementation; you will be directly responsible in the creation of email campaigns, templates, and customer journeys while also managing larger, strategic projects. Your role will focus on enhancing customer engagement, improving lifecycle marketing, and driving business growth by leveraging our eDM platform for effective communication and data management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable commercial experience in email marketing, CRM management, or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on customer journey management and automation.
  • Deep experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud, and Klaviyo for email marketing and CRM automation. Strong knowledge of both platforms' functionalities (email templates, journey builders, segmentation, reporting, etc.).
  • Hands-On Technical Skills: Proven ability to build, test, and launch email campaigns and automated journeys. Experience with HTML, CSS, and email testing tools for creating responsive email templates and troubleshooting.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex marketing projects. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools.
