崗位職責：
一、在產品或者產品線內，負責ODM/EMS外協製造的管理和改善；
二、負責外協製造廠的品質，交付，效率，成本的日常管理和持續提升負責。明確策略，制定計劃，預估風險，設計對策，控制節點，推動執行，確保項目準 時高品質輸出，確保產品按時高品質交付；
三、與相關部門合作，合理規劃產能，確保產品經營，成本，柔性，供應的平衡；
四、協調資源採購，品質，計畫和研發等部門，針對特定產品或產品線，在全生命週期，對所涉及的ODM/EMS進行專項管理；
五、配合供應鏈工程團隊，協助推動對結構，生產工藝，組裝流程和可行性評審。組織推動落實工廠端精益和自動化生產, 拉通從研發到交付的工藝和生產流程，確保專案各環節協調一致。
任職要求：
一、目標感強，組織協調能力強，適應創業公司的挑戰；
二、理工科，本科及以上學歷，碩士優先；
三、五年以上手機或智慧電子產品相關專案或生產管理經驗，有品牌公司inhouse或外協製造管理經驗，或者大型EMS/ODM公司製造和工程管理經驗；
四、有基本的英語溝通能力，有海外工作經驗，有印度工作經驗者優先；
五、有較強的團隊管理能力，資源協調能力和供應商管理能力；
六、結果導向，邏輯性強，思路清晰，推動力強，有0到1經驗者優先。
