About the role
We seek a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations and close deals with potential customers.

As an Inside Sales Representative at Builder.ai, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting qualified leads into customers. You will work closely with the sales, delivery and marketing teams to achieve targets and contribute to the company's expansion in the market.

What You Will Achieve:

  • You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings, to engage with potential customers and demonstrate our platform's value.
  • You will consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by effectively qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building with potential customers.
  • You will conduct compelling product demonstrations that effectively communicate Builder.ai's value proposition and showcase how our platform can solve customers' business challenges.
  • You will accurately maintain customer information and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with marketing, product, delivery and customer success teams to gather insights, improve processes, and enhance the customer experience.
  • You will stay current with product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B/ B2C sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, G-Suite) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in no-code/low-code platforms, app development, or digital transformation is a plus.
